Gameplan is to get attacking with mankey asap, then use Primeape to consistently get out a load of damage as early as possible. Marshadow in the back can keep up th momentum after Primeape is knocked out.

Honestly, Aerodactyl doesn't really work in this, its kinda just there as a big enough body that can sometimes be used for offence. Its ability doesn't really come up enough, as most evolving pokemon like gardevoir, charizard, serperior and gyarados usually evolve on the bench. Looking into a replacement for this, might try running farfetchd or kangaskhan for cheap damage.

Primeape and Marshadow work pretty well together, being able to set up early and dish out 100 damage consistently against slower decks. Pikachu EX gets one shot by either Primeape or post-knockout Marshadow, so it plays well into them too. Faster decks like some water decks and the new celebi decks arent great matchups, but mankey's 30 damage into primeapes 100 damage can knock out celebi turn 4 if you end up going second
