Notes & Combos

I only post here because it seems that people just post decks here and just that, no text, no nothing, it helps people but not much, so i'll try to describe any important info about my journey with this deck.

I have to say that Garchomp and Rampardos is a neutral deck, it's good against all decks and weak against all decks. It all came into luck and a good start hand (Decidueye and Solgaleo is a pain in ****).

This deck is similar to others Garchomp/Rampardos but i have to say, in all my games in UB4 i only really need Cyrus 2 times, i think it's not worth it, most of the time is just a brick in your hand. That's why i changed Cyrus to X Speed. Xspeed in your start hand + fossil could make rampardos pass without need to wait a turn for Gible to get out the way, not to mention in others ocasions when you need to retreat Rampardos or Garchomp and keep the energy on Garchomp, since it only attack with 3 energy, any energy saved is important.

I used Giovani instead a second Lilie to try to snipe turn 2 basic with 60HP but it's really rare cases, i think it's better to carry Red instead.

The wins against Oricorio was, for me, it all depends on the fossils, Gabite even with Giovani can't handle Oricorio + Irida so it's all about luck.

Sabrina and Iono is a must have. If you ask me about Mars and Red Card, yes they work against me some times, but help me others. I don't care about hand disrruption and i don't wanna waste my precious slot on my deck worring about the enemy hand. There are times that i really need Lillie but using 2 in the same game was rare ocasions, to reduce the chances to brick, i only used one copy. I really think that pokeball is not necessary on this deck, there are many ocasions that the second gible came first and the pokeball was just wasting my slots.

I had a good climb with Arceus+Carnivine+Crobat and Tortunator+Charizard but i saw Garchomp+Rampardos games too fast and they gave me better results. My worst match ups was against Solgaleo and Decidueye+Meowscarada, if Garchomp isn't online on turn 2 or no fossils on the bench, you have to pray for your opponent to brick hard.

And to finish, please my bro, no fighting Gible. There are so many arceus+carnivine there that if i had use them i had lost so many games on turn 1.
