My first ever master ball rank. PCL and Poncho are very useful in the current meta, and cape lets entei survive a lotta things like boosted Altaria and Hydreigon with rocky helm/poison barb. Still, pops could be put into any of those slots, or even a second May if you like, although later on I found it to be redundant and playing more techs/healing options far outweighed the small consistency loss.
