Start with weezing to deal poison and tackle damage to get opponent in marshadow range while building marshadow on bench,if marshadow isn't available,stall with koga. Need to be played with giovanni for best output as this deck counters mewtwo ex deck as any other koga stall while also having a strong answer to celebi ex as a revenge counter through marshadow. Mew ex is just a filler which you can slot in just to increase this deck's consistency if any bad card rng goes through. The only weakness of this deck is dual energy as sometimes you may not get the desired energy but other than that one of the few consistent decks which is able to counter both mewtwo ex and celebi ex super early
